- • Build and expand Accordion’s presence within Salesforce account teams by developing trusted relationships with Account Executives, Regional Vice Presidents, and Alliances leaders across EMEA.
- • Originate, develop, and close new business opportunities in Salesforce implementation, integration, and advisory services, focusing on solutions that drive value for the office of the CFO and broader C-suite.
- • Lead end-to-end client RFP responses, including proposal development, oral presentation preparation, and commercial positioning of engagements.
- • Articulate a clear point of view on how Salesforce solutions—such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Management, and Data Cloud—deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
- • Partner with internal alliances, practice, and industry leadership teams to shape differentiated offerings, define scope, and position Accordion competitively in pursuit opportunities.
- • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving both technical buyers and senior executive decision-makers.
- • Execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline with Salesforce AEs, clients, and prospects across Europe.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, relationship activity, and pipeline progression within Accordion’s CRM platform.
- • Leverage existing network within the Salesforce ecosystem—including account executives, partner managers, and alliance leaders—to accelerate deal velocity and generate new pipeline.
- • Track and forecast pipeline with rigor, using data to inform sales strategy and communicate progress to leadership.
- • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and strengthen Accordion’s brand and positioning within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
- • Stay current on Salesforce product updates, partner programs, and market trends to continuously inform go-to-market strategy.
- • Travel regularly and extensively across Europe to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams in relevant jurisdictions.
- • Work remotely 1–2 days per week from the London office, blending in-person collaboration with remote efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a meaningful portion focused on Salesforce-related solutions
- • Demonstrated success selling software, professional services, or a combination of both in complex environments
- • Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its core offerings, including implementation and scaling in enterprise organizations
- • An established network within Salesforce (AEs, partner managers, or alliance leaders) that can be actively leveraged
- • Proven ability to generate pipeline, manage long sales cycles, and consistently close deals
- • Experience collaborating with delivery teams to shape solutions and ensure successful client outcomes
