- • As the Employer Brand Manager at Nord Security, you will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying our identity as a top-tier employer within the global technology landscape. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic and creative individual who understands the power of narrative and community in attracting and retaining top talent. You will be the architect of our employer value proposition (EVP), translating our unique culture, mission, and values into compelling stories that resonate with potential and current employees.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy. This involves defining our employer brand pillars, identifying target talent audiences, and crafting messaging that highlights why Nord Security is an exceptional place to work. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, and HR teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize reach across various platforms.
- • A significant part of your role will involve content creation and management. You will oversee the development of engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, case studies, and testimonials, that showcase our employee experience, career opportunities, and company culture. This content will be distributed across our careers site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- • You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our careers page, ensuring it is a compelling and informative destination for prospective employees. This includes overseeing website content, user experience, and SEO to drive organic traffic and candidate engagement.
- • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial. You will work closely with hiring managers, current employees, and external partners to gather insights, generate authentic content, and foster a sense of community. Your ability to inspire others to share their Nord Security stories will be a key driver of success.
- • You will also play a vital role in enhancing our internal employer brand. This means ensuring that our current employees understand and feel connected to our employer brand, fostering pride and advocacy. Initiatives might include internal communications campaigns, employee spotlight programs, and events that celebrate our people and culture.
- • Data-driven decision-making will be a cornerstone of your approach. You will track and analyze key employer branding metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, candidate application rates, and source of hire, to measure the effectiveness of your strategies and identify areas for improvement. You will use these insights to refine campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
- • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in employer branding, talent acquisition, and digital marketing is essential. You will continuously explore innovative approaches to reach and engage talent, ensuring Nord Security remains competitive in the war for talent.
- • You will manage our presence on employer review sites like Glassdoor, responding to reviews and actively encouraging employee feedback to maintain a positive and transparent online reputation.
- • This role requires a proactive and collaborative spirit, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be a brand ambassador, embodying Nord Security's values and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
