You will be the driving force behind building robust systems that firmly establish Pearl Talent as the premier, top-of-mind brand for high-potential operators aspiring to accelerate their career trajectories.
  • • This position uniquely blends the disciplines of marketing, recruitment, and community building. You will operate at the critical intersection of brand prestige and tangible pipeline generation, expertly translating Pearl's core values, mission, and compelling founder stories into resonant narratives that captivate and attract top-tier talent globally.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve leveraging sophisticated systems for meticulous and intentional data and metrics tracking. This data-driven approach will be crucial for qualified lead acquisition, ensuring that our efforts are both effective and efficient. Your success will directly contribute to scaling Pearl’s talent funnel, with a key objective of bringing in over 5000 qualified leads per quarter.
  • • You will be tasked with significantly elevating Pearl’s reputation and visibility. This will be achieved through strategic public relations initiatives, engaging podcast appearances, and impactful influencer collaborations. The goal is to position Pearl Talent as the undisputed elite destination for ambitious startup operators seeking unparalleled career growth opportunities.
  • • Building and activating strategic partnerships with key institutions such as universities, VA academies, and influential community organizations will be paramount. These collaborations will solidify Pearl’s position as the go-to brand for driven, remote-ready talent.
  • • A spirit of relentless experimentation will be essential. You will need to possess the acumen to identify which initiatives and campaigns are most effective, knowing precisely when to activate, nurture, or discontinue efforts based on performance data and strategic alignment.
  • • You will be accountable for key performance metrics, including a minimum of 30 placements per month and a minimum of 500 qualified talents generated via marketing initiatives per month, ensuring a healthy and robust talent pipeline.
  • • In terms of Brand Positioning & Prestige, you will diligently uphold Pearl’s established brand positioning across all talent-facing channels. You will develop and refine positioning materials that consistently reinforce Pearl’s esteemed reputation within the startup ecosystem. Furthermore, you will drive impactful influencer and creator campaigns specifically designed to promote Pearl to relevant and qualified talent audiences. You will also serve as a key representative of Pearl Talent at relevant industry events, career fairs, and panel discussions, fostering valuable connections and enhancing brand visibility. Building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets will also be a critical component of this responsibility.
  • • For Community and Organization Outreach, you will identify and activate influential organization “champions” who can significantly expand Pearl’s qualified lead pool. You will foster and nurture strong relationships with community managers, key connectors, and top-tier organizations within the talent landscape. Coordinating and executing talent-facing events, including informative talks, engaging webinars, and productive job fairs, in collaboration with relevant partner communities will be a regular part of your role.
  • • Regarding Candidate Pool Development, you will build and refine systems for the efficient sourcing, meticulous maintenance, and continuous nurturing of a diverse and high-quality talent pool. Close collaboration with the recruitment team will be essential to ensure the health and alignment of the talent funnel. You will be responsible for regularly reviewing and updating candidate statuses seamlessly with all relevant stakeholders, including referrers, creators, and organizations. Engaging actively with communities will be key to continuously growing Pearl’s top-of-funnel talent acquisition efforts.
