📋 Description

• Employer Branding Manager at Justplay GmbH to strengthen the employer brand and attract exceptional talent globally by bringing company culture to life through creative campaigns and content.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include driving employer branding strategy and EVP, creating engaging content showcasing culture and values, partnering with Talent Acquisition to improve candidate attraction and conversion, managing presence on LinkedIn and employer review platforms, tracking performance metrics, and staying ahead of employer branding trends.
• Justplay GmbH is a tech/gaming company based in Berlin with a hybrid work model, over 30 nationalities across 25+ locations, and a focus on building an exciting, inclusive workplace.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in employer branding, talent marketing, and EVP development; gain experience in cross-functional collaboration with People and TA teams; enhance skills in content creation, campaign management, and data-driven employer brand optimization; and contribute to making Justplay a standout employer in a competitive talent market.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and executing employer branding initiatives that drive talent attraction and engagement
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a passion for building brands that resonate
• Experience running campaigns across social media, careers pages, and employer branding channels
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, tech, or gaming environment is a plus
