- • As an Employer Branding Strategist - AI Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how artificial intelligence understands and applies employer branding principles at scale, directly influencing the development of next-generation AI systems for talent attraction and organizational branding.
- • Your expertise will bridge real-world employer branding practice with AI training, ensuring that AI-generated content reflects authentic, nuanced, and strategically sound employer brand reasoning rather than generic or theoretical outputs.
- • Day to day, you will review and refine AI-generated outputs related to employer branding, EVP (employer value proposition), candidate experience, and practical employer branding work, assessing alignment with real-world expectations and brand consistency.
- • You will evaluate AI responses for clarity, employer brand alignment, and compliance with professional standards, identifying inaccuracies, oversimplifications, or gaps in reasoning that could undermine the effectiveness of AI-driven talent systems.
- • Drawing from your direct professional experience, you will draft realistic employer branding scenarios that reflect complex organizational dynamics, including stakeholder tensions, cultural nuances, and evolving talent market realities.
- • You will create scenario variations from multiple perspectives—such as employer branding strategist, recruiter, candidate, and business leader—to train AI systems to understand employer branding through diverse lenses and contextual factors.
- • A core responsibility involves identifying inconsistencies, weaknesses, or logical flaws in AI-generated content, such as misaligned EVP messaging, unrealistic candidate journey assumptions, or tone-deaf communications that fail to resonate with target talent audiences.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level employer branding strategist or specialist with significant professional experience in the EU or UK, including proven track record in developing and executing employer branding strategies, EVPs, and talent attraction campaigns.
- • Demonstrated skill in evaluating content for brand consistency, messaging clarity, tone, and alignment with employer brand pillars, with experience reviewing or creating employer brand communications across channels.
- • Comfortable working independently in a remote freelance setting, able to deliver structured, critical feedback promptly and reliably within agreed timelines (8–20 hours per week availability).
