📋 Description
- • The Employer Services Specialist at WEX Inc. is responsible for building strong relationships with strategic Employer Groups and Partners, serving as a key resource for FSA, HRA, HSA, and Transit account inquiries while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and service standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts via CRM tools, responding to phone and email inquiries within SLAs, assisting with billing and payments, resolving escalations, preparing groups for open enrollment, maintaining weekly client touchpoints, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal IT/operational teams.
- • The role sits within WEX’s Employer Services team, which supports employer groups in managing benefit accounts and ensuring seamless service delivery through proactive issue identification, accurate reporting, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in employer-sponsored benefit plans, strengthen client retention through trusted relationships, gain experience with Salesforce and WEX Health Cloud, and build skills in account management, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH), and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with Salesforce, OnBase, WEX Health Cloud, and benefit plans (HSA, HRA, FSA, Dependent Care, Transit) is a plus
- • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Positive, professional attitude and phone etiquette
- • Attention to detail and ability to act as a liaison between teams to produce resolutions
- • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
