  • • As an EMR Analyst specializing in Epic EMR (Ambulatory CHSN & MyChart), you will lead and support education initiatives for the hospital’s Epic Ambulatory clinical documentation systems at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Community Health Services Network locations, ensuring primary care clinicians effectively use Epic to support clinical workflows and patient care.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for physicians, APPs, nursing, and medical assistants; developing MyChart workflow training materials; managing concurrent training efforts; maintaining curricula; supporting Epic system optimization through education; and facilitating training for new practice sites and newly hired staff.
  • • You will work within the IS Enterprise Health Informatics department at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, a nationally recognized leader in pediatric care, research, and innovation, committed to improving children’s health through a holistic team approach and advanced science.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in Epic clinical systems, instructional design, adult learning methodologies, project management, and change management while contributing to organizational growth through community practice acquisitions and staff onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
  • • EPIC certification (preferred)
  • • Prior eLearning creation experience (preferred)
  • • Experience in Community Health practices (preferred)
  • • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, respiratory therapy, or a related clinical field (preferred)
