  • • Cohere is at the forefront of artificial intelligence, dedicated to scaling intelligence for the benefit of humanity. We are developing and deploying advanced frontier models designed for developers and enterprises building next-generation AI systems. Our technology powers transformative applications such as content generation, semantic search, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent agents, playing a pivotal role in the widespread adoption of AI.
  • • We foster a culture of deep commitment to our work, where every team member is empowered and responsible for enhancing the capabilities of our models and the value they deliver to our customers. Our ethos is to work diligently and move with agility to ensure we are always doing what's best for our clients.
  • • Cohere is comprised of world-class researchers, engineers, designers, and other professionals who are passionate about their respective fields. We firmly believe that a rich diversity of perspectives is not just beneficial, but essential for the creation of groundbreaking products.
  • • As the Enablement & Adoption Specialist at Cohere, you will be instrumental in pioneering and owning the Partner Enablement strategy for our state-of-the-art frontier AI enterprise platform. This is a unique opportunity to architect and build scalable enablement programs from the ground up, establishing frameworks that will empower our partners to excel in selling, implementing, and supporting Cohere’s cutting-edge solutions.
  • • Reporting directly to the Enablement & Adoption Lead, you will work in close collaboration with the broader Enablement & Adoption team and the Partner team. Your efforts will be crucial in aligning enablement initiatives with partner success outcomes, ultimately driving sustainable long-term growth for our partners.
  • • This position demands a high degree of thought leadership, a drive for innovation, and a proactive approach to redefining partner enablement within the rapidly evolving landscape of frontier AI technologies.
  • • You will pioneer and execute a comprehensive, innovative partner enablement strategy. This includes designing and implementing scalable onboarding processes, developing robust certification frameworks, and creating continuous learning paths specifically tailored to Cohere’s advanced solutions.
  • • Cultivate deep expertise in Cohere’s Agent Foundry North and our suite of Cohere models. You will become a subject matter expert, capable of confidently articulating the unique value propositions, diverse use cases, and sophisticated technical capabilities of our offerings to both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • • Develop and launch tiered, industry-leading certification programs designed to rigorously validate partner expertise across both sales and technical domains. Your work will set new benchmarks for partner competency in leveraging Cohere solutions and Generative AI technologies.
  • • Construct next-generation co-selling frameworks. This involves creating essential resources such as joint value propositions and comprehensive partner playbooks. You will foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Go-To-Market (GTM), Product Marketing, Product Management, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams to ensure that enablement content is tightly aligned with market positioning, product roadmaps, and critical technical implementation requirements.
  • • Design globally scalable enablement blueprints and frameworks that are adaptable to a wide range of user profiles, diverse regional markets, and distinct partner segments. Your goal is to ensure consistent and high-quality competency development for partners worldwide.
  • • Collaborate with the wider Enablement & Adoption team to effectively distill best practices in adoption, gather crucial customer insights, and refine training methodologies derived from Cohere’s internal and direct customer engagements. You will then adapt these learnings into impactful partner-facing enablement strategies.
  • • Partner closely with Partner Delivery Managers to build and deploy effective training programs. You will also serve as a thought partner and advisor to our partners, guiding them in defining and executing their optimal Cohere enablement journey.
  • • Create and maintain dynamic, engaging training programs, both live and digital. This includes developing essential enablement assets and certification resources designed to drive self-service enablement and enhance partner competency. You will leverage emerging technologies to optimize the delivery and effectiveness of these programs.
  • • This role is pivotal in ensuring our partners are not just informed, but truly empowered to leverage Cohere's AI platform to its fullest potential, driving mutual success and innovation in the AI ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience); an advanced degree is preferred.
  • • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in partner or sales enablement, strategic partnerships, sales engineering, strategic customer success, or strategy & operations within high-tech or enterprise software companies.
  • • Proven, demonstrable track record of successfully building and scaling innovative enablement programs and certification frameworks from inception to maturity.
  • • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable educational content suitable for diverse audiences.
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment.
  • • Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI platforms. Experience supporting complex, end-to-end enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
  • • Willingness and ability to travel regionally and globally as required by business needs.
