• • As a Senior Enablement Manager, you will own the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs, resources, and tools that equip the entire Commercial organization—including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Delivery Services—with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
• • You will serve as a consulting partner to local leaders, ensuring enablement initiatives are aligned with global business goals while being tailored to specific regional or functional nuances.
• • You will leverage AI-native thinking and tools to drive innovation in learning and development, using data and insights to personalize experiences, measure impact, and continuously improve programs.
• • You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify skill gaps, design scalable learning pathways, and integrate enablement into performance management, onboarding, and career development processes.
• • You will mentor and coach peers and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and high performance across distributed teams.
• • You will measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through analytics, feedback loops, and business outcomes, reporting insights to leadership to inform strategy and investment.
• • You will stay current with emerging trends in L&D, AI in learning, and future-of-work innovations, applying them to enhance Deputy’s competitive edge and employee experience.
