📋 Description

  • Achieve sales and gross profit targets for assigned territory by executing a defined sales process focused on endodontic products.
  • Present, promote, and sell a full range of endodontic products, including both capital equipment and consumables, through deep product knowledge and clinical expertise.
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations and effectively overcome customer objections to drive adoption and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share by cultivating existing customer relationships and identifying new prospects within the endodontic specialty.
  • Perform cold calling, prospect identification, appointment setting, and qualifying sales calls to expand the customer base across all endodontic categories.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for current and potential customers to tailor product solutions and justify investment.
  • Manage full sales cycles from initial contact through closure, utilizing CRM tools for accurate funnel management, work plans, and territory analysis.
  • Attend dental conventions, industry seminars, and company sales meetings to stay current on market trends and represent the brand professionally.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved through appropriate internal departments.
  • Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, competitive activities, product feedback, and opportunities for new product development.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements in all customer interactions and business practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align on customer needs, product updates, and company initiatives.
  • Evaluate new sales tools and applications for usability and effectiveness, providing feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings, reflecting Brasseler USA’s 40-year reputation for quality and ethical sales practices.
  • Travel at least 70% of the time to meet with endodontists, dental practices, and industry professionals across the assigned territory.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.com to manage customer data, track activities, and generate reports.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities, territories, and sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Communicate complex clinical and financial value propositions clearly to clinicians, office staff, and decision-makers.
  • Adapt to changing clinical environments and help dental teams implement new technologies and procedures with confidence.
  • Build long-term partnerships with key influencers and decision-makers in the endodontic community to establish brand loyalty and market leadership.
