  • • In this crucial role, the Engagement Lead will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client engagement scoping, which is paramount to securing successful project outcomes for both our valued clients and SpryPoint. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Solution Specialists, Service Delivery, Product Engineering teams, and prospective clients to achieve this. A deep understanding of our Service Delivery Implementation Methodology will be essential, and you will be a key player in supporting RFP responses, sales presentations, and contract negotiations from a service delivery perspective.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to meticulously analyzing client needs and translating them into comprehensive project scopes. This involves conducting in-depth discovery sessions, identifying potential risks and challenges, and proposing effective solutions that align with SpryPoint's platform capabilities and implementation best practices. You will act as a bridge between the client's vision and our delivery capabilities, ensuring that expectations are clearly defined and achievable.
  • • The Engagement Lead will be responsible for developing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales and early implementation phases. You will articulate the value proposition of SpryPoint's solutions, demonstrating how our platform can address specific utility challenges and drive significant business improvements. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be critical in building confidence and securing client buy-in.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and implementation processes. By gathering feedback from client engagements and internal teams, you will identify opportunities to refine our methodologies, enhance our proposal development, and optimize our resource allocation. Your insights will be invaluable in ensuring SpryPoint remains agile and responsive to market demands.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as project management, solutions consulting, or business analysis, preferably within the software or technology sector.
  • • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles, project scoping, and risk assessment.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • • Ability to travel across North America up to 40% and no known legal or immigration-related restrictions to travel outside of Canada.
  • • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
