- • As an Engagement Lead on the Future Platforms team at EliseAI, you will be instrumental in founding and scaling a critical new function dedicated to transforming the housing industry through cutting-edge AI.

- • Given the early-stage and rapid scaling nature of this platform, your role extends beyond managing individual engagements; you will be tasked with systematizing our engagement processes.

- • You will own the end-to-end success of customer deployments, from the crucial late-stage sales handoff through to launch and post-launch stabilization.
- • Your focus will be on ensuring that engagements meet defined outcomes, adhere to timelines, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
- • You will actively support sales and expansion efforts by participating in pre-sales discovery to set the stage for successful engagements.
- • This includes helping to scope realistic engagements and identifying potential follow-on opportunities for growth.
- • A key aspect of your role will be leading discovery and scoping sessions, translating high-level, often fuzzy, customer goals into crisp, well-defined requirements, workflows, and measurable success metrics.
- • You will guide customers through critical decisions, including navigating product constraints, understanding tradeoffs, and making informed adoption choices.
- • You will manage the execution motion with a high degree of autonomy, maintaining multi-threaded project plans even amidst ambiguity.
- • This requires coordinating effectively across diverse internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) and external customer stakeholders.
- • You will establish clear operating cadences, implement robust risk tracking mechanisms, and ensure launch readiness for all deployments.
- • Collaboration with Product Operations, Engineering, and Training teams will be essential to drive product configuration, facilitate data migration, manage the launch process, and ensure successful customer adoption.
- • You will serve as a vital bridge to the Product and Engineering teams, partnering closely to define net-new product workflows and requirements.
- • Your insights from real-world customer engagements, scoping learnings, and direct customer feedback will directly shape the product roadmap and future development.
