📋 Description

• As Engagement Manager at Rohlik Group SE, you will be the guardian of the company’s brand voice across Europe, responsible for scaling a distinctive tone of voice while pioneering AI-driven content creation.
• Day to day, you will own, train, and continuously optimize Rohlik’s AI Copy Agent, refine prompts and workflows for linguistic excellence across DE, AT, HU, RO, and CZ markets, personally craft copy for high-impact brand campaigns, ensure brand governance across CRM, Paid Media, and Product touchpoints, and collaborate with Group Brand, Performance Marketing, and local teams to align messaging and scale AI adoption.
• Rohlik Group is Europe’s leading online grocery delivery service, delivering fresh food from local farmers and favorite brands in under 3 hours, with a mission to make the food system more sustainable, healthier, and highly automated.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-assisted content creation, editorial leadership for automated systems, cross-market brand governance, and prompt engineering — positioning yourself at the forefront of the future of scalable, human-AI collaborative marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content, or brand roles
• Strong interest in prompt engineering and content automation with experience scaling AI-assisted workflows
• Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail for maintaining high standards in AI-generated text
• Fluent in English and Czech; knowledge of other European languages (e.g., German) is a plus
• Curious, analytical mindset with eagerness to challenge existing processes and drive innovation
