- • In this pivotal role within Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury), you will be instrumental in driving client implementations and spearheading strategic initiatives. Ripple Treasury is recognized as a leader in providing integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions tailored for the modern digital treasurer. Our cutting-edge technology empowers organizations to achieve strategic treasury goals by offering comprehensive visibility into cash, liquidity, payments, and financial risk management. As an Engagement Manager, you will be the linchpin connecting our clients with our advanced solutions, ensuring their successful adoption and value realization.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client engagements. This involves close collaboration with a diverse array of internal teams, including Product, Implementation, Development, Consulting, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless alignment of project objectives and execution strategies. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining robust, integrated project plans that adhere to Ripple Treasury’s stringent project management standards, ensuring a structured and consistent approach to all engagements.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to expertly manage project schedules, meticulously track deadlines, and monitor milestones for both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will define and rigorously track critical success factors for each project, ensuring that every initiative is precisely aligned with the unique objectives and desired outcomes of our clients. This requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to project oversight.
- • Financial acumen is essential as you will monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring strict adherence to financial parameters and proactively tracking costs to maintain profitability and client satisfaction. Identifying potential project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies will be a continuous effort. You will be responsible for clarifying roles and responsibilities within project teams and escalating any emerging issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption.
- • Establishing and maintaining strong project governance frameworks will be crucial to ensure oversight, accountability, and compliance with our high delivery standards. You will lead all project communication efforts, providing regular, clear, and concise status updates to executives, key stakeholders, and relevant business units. This ensures transparency and keeps all parties informed of progress, challenges, and decisions.
- • Furthermore, you will be encouraged to identify and champion opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements across our implementation methodologies and client support functions. Your insights will contribute directly to the continuous evolution and optimization of our service delivery. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- • 8+ years of experience in client-facing project management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial software products.
- • Proven ability to proactively identify, track, and manage project risks and issues.
- • Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills, with strong relationship-building abilities to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, often with remote resources and global teams.
