📋 Description

• • As an Engagement Manager at LangChain, you will serve as the critical bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise customers, ensuring successful delivery of Professional Services projects that enable organizations to move from AI prototypes to production-ready solutions at scale. Your work will directly impact how Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups adopt and operationalize LangChain’s suite of tools—LangGraph, LangSmith, and Agent Builder—to build reliable, scalable AI agents in real-world environments.
• • You will manage the full lifecycle of 5–8 concurrent technical engagements, from Statement of Work (SOW) review and planning through execution, risk and scope management, to final closeout and customer handoff. This includes delivering regular status updates, managing customer expectations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, handling escalations, negotiating scope changes, and ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards while maintaining alignment with timelines and budgets.
• • You will act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, fostering strong, trusted relationships through clear, consistent, and strategic communication. Your role involves translating technical progress into business value for stakeholders ranging from technical teams to executive leadership, while also advocating for customer needs internally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
• • You will coordinate closely with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Sales, Enablement, and Product/Engineering teams to align resources, manage capacity, and ensure seamless execution of technical work. This includes facilitating cross-functional collaboration, resolving dependencies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engagement methodologies and internal processes.
