📋 Description
- • As an Engagement (Pursuit) Manager in Professional Services at Miro, you will bridge the Sales promise to Delivery execution by positioning services, driving pipeline and bookings, and ensuring customer outcomes through strategic advisory and solution orchestration.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading customer discovery workshops and pilots, developing proposals, aligning with sales leadership on priority accounts, overseeing delivery teams, managing multiple strategic clients, and optimizing the global portfolio of service offerings.
- • You will join Miro’s Professional Services organisation, a team of strategic advisors, implementation experts, and technical account managers who work side-by-side with Enterprise customers to transform collaboration, innovation, and workflows using Miro’s Innovation Workspace and agentic AI.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in pre-sales engagement, solution design, change management, and AI-enabled service delivery while influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority and contributing to repeatable, scalable service offerings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of consulting/service delivery experience at a SaaS or related company, driving transformation with Fortune 500 clients
- • 2+ years of experience operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex services engagements
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-level presence, and experience working in a client advisory role
- • Experience leveraging AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to support customer solutions; familiarity with MCP and low/no code tooling a plus
- • Strong background in change management with the ability to navigate and lead organisational transformations
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects with cross-functional partners and customers, yielding influence without direct authority
- • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 25%
