  • • As an Engagement Services Supervisor at Luminare Health, you will lead a remote team of inbound and outbound customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery and achievement of client service expectations and organizational objectives.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising team performance, managing client advocacy cases requiring multiple interactions with clients, providers, insurers, and community resources, and fostering staff development through coaching and performance management.

  • • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in healthcare customer service operations, deepen your knowledge of healthcare reform, Medicare/Medicaid benefits, and claims processing, while strengthening your ability to manage complex, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • • Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in a call center
  • • Minimum 3–5 years of customer service experience in a call center
  • • Minimum 3 years of healthcare/health insurance, claims processing, or provider billing experience
  • • Demonstrated experience managing client advocacy cases requiring research, problem solving, organizing, tracking, and reporting across multiple stakeholder interactions
  • • Demonstrated knowledge of Health Care Reform and Medicare/Medicaid benefits
  • • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with minimal supervision
  • • Strong organizational skills
  • • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including adaptability to diverse audiences
  • • Excellent customer service skills with proper grammar, tonalities, and clear diction
