📋 Description

• • As a Gainsight Engineer at Commvault, you will lead the technical development and optimization of the Customer Success Platform, playing a critical role in driving proactive retention, onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies through data-driven automation and insights.
• • Day to day, you will own Gainsight configuration (Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, CTAs, Scorecards, Programs, Playbooks), build and maintain integrations with Salesforce and product telemetry systems, implement AI-based engagement scoring and sentiment analysis, and support end users by resolving platform issues and training power users.
• • You will join a globally distributed team at Commvault, a NASDAQ-listed leader in cyber resilience trusted by over 100,000 organizations, where you’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Revenue Ops, and Salesforce teams to turn customer insights into operational cadences and campaigns.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Gainsight administration, data integration, AI/ML enablement within customer success platforms, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, positioning yourself as a key enabler of data-first customer success operations.
