- • The Engineer II - Application Support role at Holman Enterprises is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications across a diverse automotive services organization. This role supports the Holman Experience by maintaining system stability and enabling seamless operations for internal teams and customers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting application software, performing upgrades, provisioning user and administrator access, installing patches, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, managing code promotions across Dev/QA/Prod environments, conducting testing and business acceptance, supporting disaster recovery planning, developing documentation, training team members, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to drive application enhancements.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in enterprise application support, gain hands-on experience with Hyland Onbase and OpenText Scanning systems, develop leadership skills through mentoring and team collaboration, influence application strategy and roadmap planning, and contribute to system optimization and disaster recovery readiness—positioning them for advancement into senior technical or leadership roles within Holman’s IT organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- • Experience with Hyland Onbase and OpenText Scanning
- • 5+ years’ experience supporting IT Systems/Applications
