This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of our cloud services and deployment pipelines, directly influencing departmental objectives and overarching business goals.
- • You will engage in designing, building, and automating scalable cloud infrastructure, focusing on enhancing the resilience, performance, and efficiency of our cloud-hosted services. This involves a deep dive into cloud-native architectures and services, ensuring our platforms can support the demanding needs of the healthcare industry.
- • A core aspect of your responsibility will be to engineer and automate the provisioning, deployment, and configuration of cloud-native infrastructure and applications. This includes leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles and tools to ensure consistency, repeatability, and reliability across all environments.
- • You will be a key driver in improving the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a specific emphasis on enhancing the scalability, performance, and availability of our cloud-hosted services. This proactive approach aims to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
- • Developing and maintaining internal tools and platform services will be crucial. These tools will streamline CI/CD workflows, automate operational tasks, and empower development and operations teams with efficient self-service capabilities.

- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with various IS and product teams to ensure the delivery of secure, compliant, and highly reliable cloud environments. This involves integrating modern Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and robust observability practices into our daily operations.
- • Implementing automated monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities is paramount. This proactive strategy is designed to minimize service disruptions, reduce Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR), and ultimately enhance the client experience by ensuring high availability of our services.
- • You will actively participate in incident response, conduct thorough root cause analyses (RCAs) for production issues, and ensure operational readiness for all critical production services. This includes developing and refining runbooks and playbooks.
- • A significant part of your role will involve documenting processes, platforms, and tooling. You will also be responsible for delivering knowledge-sharing sessions and creating onboarding resources to facilitate the adoption of new tools and practices by internal teams.
- • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure, identifying areas for optimization, cost savings, and enhanced security. This includes staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and SRE.
- • The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying potential issues before they impact production and implementing preventative measures. You will be expected to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and deployment challenges.
- • You will champion a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all aspects of cloud operations.
