📋 Description

• • As a Senior Threat Detection & Response Engineer at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a critical role in protecting the company by building and maintaining a robust detection and automation platform to defend against evolving cyber threats across cloud, SaaS, and endpoint environments.
• • Day to day, you will support the development of a strategic vision for threat detection, create custom log parsers and alert rules in SIEM systems, build security automations (e.g., phishing email removal), conduct threat hunting across AWS, GCP, internal apps, and employee endpoints (Windows/macOS), collaborate on business-specific detection rules, ensure detection quality through test-driven development, enhance internal tools for visibility and response efficiency, lead incident investigations, and participate in the security on-call rotation.
• • You will join Tide’s Security Engineering team, which operates as a unified unit across Product Security, Identity, and Threat Detection & Response, sharing standups and Slack channels to ensure alignment. Tide is a fast-growing fintech serving over 1.8 million SMEs globally across the UK, India, Germany, and France, with a mission to help small businesses save time and money through innovative banking and administrative solutions.
