📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Manager at Monks, you will be the key leader responsible for driving technical execution and quality standards to ensure successful, on-time delivery of projects while partnering closely with Product Management to align the technical roadmap with business priorities.
• • Day to day, you will oversee project execution, set technical direction, act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, provide architectural guidance to unblock teams, attract and nurture top engineering talent, develop career progression plans, provide real-time feedback, and help shape the engineering organization’s vision.
