📋 Description

• As an Engineering Manager at Tide, you will lead and directly manage a cross-functional team of 8-12 engineers, owning the end-to-end delivery of products that help SMEs save time and money through banking, payments, invoicing, and accounting solutions.
• You will partner with a Product Manager to form the Product Engineering Duo, drive technical excellence and architecture, ensure quality and stability of delivery, and continuously improve team performance using DORA metrics while fostering engineer growth and wellbeing.
• Tide is a fast-growing fintech serving over 1.8 million SME members globally across the UK, India, Germany, and France, with over $300M in funding and a strong commitment to diversity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
• You will grow as a technical leader by making architectural decisions, staying hands-on with coding and design, mentoring engineers, and shaping the future of Tide’s platform in a collaborative, autonomous team environment grounded in Communities of Practice and agile values.
