- • As an Engineering Manager at Medallion, you will lead a team of 5-10 engineers responsible for a specific product vertical, driving technical direction and shaping the product roadmap in collaboration with product managers, designers, and operations leaders.
- • You will foster career growth for your direct reports through technical mentorship, regular one-on-ones, and performance reviews, while building an inclusive, empowered, and high-performing team culture.

- • You will contribute to Medallion’s AI integration efforts by staying current with evolving tooling and supporting AI-powered features in the product, while helping scale the engineering org through hiring and process development.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 6 years of engineering experience including 3+ years in a management role
- • Experience in a leadership role at a startup
- • Passion for building and leading diverse and inclusive engineering teams
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Bias toward action with a proven track record of getting things done
- • Active interest and proven experience in developing process, culture, and morale
