Engineering Manager (AI) - Supernal

📋 Description

• • Lead multiple pods of Junior and Senior Masons responsible for building and shipping production automation and agentic systems for customers as an Engineering Manager (AI) at Supernal.
• • Own delivery outcomes including architecture decisions, quality bars, reliability, documentation, and on-time execution while translating ambiguous requests into clear plans and execution strategies.
• • Set and enforce production-quality standards for builds, serve as technical escalation for complex integrations and reliability issues, and evolve team processes around QA, incident response, and continuous improvement.
• • Drive prioritization and capacity planning across pods, partner with Delivery Leads and stakeholders to manage tradeoffs, and lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and leadership development within the team.
• • Work at Infinity Constellation Technologies Inc. in a fully remote role, contributing to a mission-driven company that builds AI employees for SMBs using proprietary agentic workflows and platform technology.
