📋 Description

• • Engineering Manager for Cash Flow at PPRO Financial Ltd, leading the team responsible for the infrastructure and logic that powers the company’s ability to move and account for cash, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency across the financial lifecycle.
• • Partner with Product to develop technology strategy for the transactional accounting system, build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, stay close to the code (~50% hands-on), lead system evolution to make the ledger the definitive source of truth for cash flow, collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury stakeholders, and drive operational excellence through metrics and continuous improvement.
