• • As an Engineering Manager for Data & Analytics Engineering at Statista, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals while shaping the company’s data strategy, architecture, and platform vision to enable scalable, reliable, and business-driven data solutions across the organization.
• • You will lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Tracking Specialists; foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture; own team planning, priorities, and technical development; oversee development of the modern data platform, pipelines, and tracking infrastructure; ensure scalable, reliable, and well-governed data systems; drive adoption of a centralized data platform; define and execute the global Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business goals; champion AI-powered analytics, intelligent automation, and data standardization; enable self-service analytics and data democratization; partner with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Business teams to translate needs into solutions; lead cross-functional data initiatives and roadmap execution; and align stakeholders in a federated data ownership model.
