• • As an Engineering Manager for Developer Productivity AI at Stripe, you will lead a newly formed, high-impact team focused on accelerating engineering productivity through the strategic deployment of LLM agents and AI-powered developer tools. This role is critical to Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet by enabling engineers to work faster, smarter, and more innovatively.
• • Day to day, you will lead a senior, cross-continent team of engineers to rapidly adopt and exploit the latest AI devtools, deliver compelling user and product experiences for internal engineering teams, collaborate across the company to redefine how software engineers work at Stripe, stay current with fast-evolving AI technologies, and analyze engineering usage data to maximize the impact of AI tools.
• • You will join a brand new, cross-continent team spanning North America and Europe, composed of high-agency engineers with strong product perspectives. The team operates with significant autonomy and is tasked with solving ambiguous, high-impact problems at the intersection of AI and software engineering.
