📋 Description

• Engineering Manager, Growth at Pebl Technologies Inc. is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives through AI-augmented engineering practices.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical strategy, coding and reviewing solutions, integrating AI tools like Claude Code into workflows, partnering with product and data teams on roadmap execution, mentoring engineers, ensuring system observability and stability, and fostering in-person collaboration in the Palo Alto office (Mon-Wed).
• Pebl Technologies Inc. operates an AI-powered Global Work Platform™ that enables companies to hire, pay, and manage employees across 185+ countries, combining over a decade of compliance expertise with scalable technology to remove barriers to global growth.
• In this role, you will develop leadership and technical expertise in AI-native engineering practices, drive measurable impact on product growth metrics, mentor high-potential engineers, and shape the future of scalable, compliant global work platforms through hands-on innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of formal engineering management experience leading a team of engineers
• Proven expertise in full-stack development with React, TypeScript, and AWS (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage LLM-integrated agents like Claude Code to improve SDLC speed and code quality
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing SaaS products with focus on metrics-driven growth, conversion, and user experience
• Ability to distill complex technical/AI-related trade-offs into actionable plans for leadership and cross-functional partners
