Engineering Manager, NIRA

📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Manager for the NIRA team at Tilth, you will lead engineering efforts across product, platform reliability, data infrastructure, and internal tooling, playing a pivotal role in scaling a mission-driven fintech platform that expands access to fair credit using alternative data.
• • You will own and execute the engineering roadmap, raise engineering standards through CI/CD, testing, and observability practices, lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, and drive technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and scalability while collaborating closely with Product, Data Science, Credit, and Marketing teams.
• • You will join a global, hybrid team spanning 14 countries and 12 time zones, working at Tilth — a company building a new credit system powered by machine learning and over 250 real-time financial signals to serve millions of underserved customers worldwide.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership and technical expertise in scaling engineering organizations, gain visibility with senior leadership, and grow your impact through outcomes-driven progression rather than rigid timelines, all while contributing to a mission that empowers hardworking people to achieve better financial futures.
