Engineering Program Manager, Infrastructure

📋 Description

• • As an Engineering Program Manager in Infrastructure at Stripe, you will drive cross-cutting programs focused on IT and work tracking solutions, partnering with engineering teams to shape the future of Corporate Technology.
• • Day to day, you will define and produce high-quality proposals and documentation, develop and iterate on program management frameworks and KPIs, lead program status reviews, manage cross-functional project teams to deadlines, and interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
• • You will join Stripe’s infrastructure teams, which provide efficient and optimized infrastructure to build secure, reliable, and differentiated products while enabling the company to achieve its highest potential.
• • In this role, you will learn to lead large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, drive process improvements, manage change and ambiguity, and gain deep exposure to Stripe’s internal systems, security, compliance, and scaling org processes like the Program Delivery Lifecycle.
