đź“‹ Description

  • • As the Enrollment Delivery Manager for Clinical Trials at Massive Bio, you will be instrumental in transforming the cancer patient journey by ensuring successful and timely enrollment into critical clinical trials. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of our AI-powered platform and real-world clinical execution, focusing on the crucial post-match phase where patient qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and ultimate enrollment take place.
  • • You are the architect of patient flow, the problem-solver for enrollment bottlenecks, and the driving force behind achieving our enrollment targets. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that patients identified and matched by our innovative platform successfully navigate the complexities of clinical trial participation and become enrolled.
  • • This role demands a proactive and highly organized individual who can orchestrate complex processes across multiple internal departments and external partners. Internally, you will collaborate closely with our Clinical Operations, Technology, Operations, and Customer Success teams. Your ability to foster seamless handoffs and maintain momentum within our internal workflows will be critical to keeping the patient funnel moving efficiently.
  • • Externally, you will serve as the primary operational liaison for a diverse range of stakeholders. This includes clinical trial sites, sponsor clinical operations teams, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and established site networks. Your expertise will be vital in managing these relationships, proactively identifying and resolving issues, removing operational barriers, and ensuring that enrollment timelines are consistently met or exceeded.
  • • A core component of your role will be the development and ownership of robust enrollment dashboards. You will meticulously track conversion rates at every stage of the patient journey, from initial match to final enrollment. These insights will be synthesized into clear, concise performance reports for senior leadership and our valued sponsors, providing transparency and demonstrating the impact of our operations.
  • • You will be empowered to identify underperforming trials early, conduct thorough root cause analyses, and present actionable plans to leadership and sponsors to course-correct and improve enrollment outcomes. This is not a passive support function; you will own the delivery and success of patient enrollment.
  • • As Massive Bio continues its rapid growth, this role is designed to evolve. You will have the opportunity to build and manage a small, high-performing team of Project Managers, scaling our delivery operations to meet increasing demand and expanding our global reach.
  • • Your success will be measured by your ability to drive enrollment numbers, improve conversion rates, manage stakeholder relationships effectively, and contribute to the overall operational excellence of Massive Bio's platform.
  • • You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing cancer care by accelerating access to potentially life-saving treatments. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of patients and contribute to the advancement of oncology drug development.
  • • You will gain deep insights into the operational challenges and successes of clinical trial enrollment, developing a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process from both a patient and provider perspective.
  • • This position requires a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach, enabling you to both define operational strategies and execute them effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
  • • You will be a key player in shaping the future of clinical trial enrollment, contributing to a mission-driven organization that is committed to equitable access to cancer treatments worldwide.
  • • Your work will directly impact the speed at which new therapies reach patients, playing a crucial role in Massive Bio's mission to transform cancer care.
  • • You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking out opportunities to optimize processes, leverage technology, and enhance the patient and site experience.
  • • This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about making a significant impact in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, clinical project management, or a comparable operational role within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
  • • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, demonstrating success in navigating diverse countries, cultures, and time zones.
  • • Strong understanding of oncology clinical trial processes, including patient screening, enrollment pathways, site requirements, and common points of failure.
  • • Demonstrated experience in managing external relationships with clinical trial sites, sponsors, and CROs, with the ability to build trust and drive results.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, coupled with strong PowerPoint skills for presentations and a proven ability to create and manage effective dashboards.
  • • A disciplined, deadline-driven approach to project management, with the capacity to simultaneously manage multiple complex trials.
  • • High energy, resilience, and comfort operating in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving startup environment where new functions are being built from the ground up.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Opportunity to build and lead a team within a rapidly growing, mission-driven health-tech company.
  • • Direct line of communication and visibility to C-level executives and co-founders.
  • • Be at the forefront of innovation in AI-powered precision medicine and clinical trial access.
  • • Play a critical role in transforming cancer patient care and accelerating drug development.
