- • As a Global People Shared Service Center (PSSC) Operations Support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our global HR services. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment where your efforts directly impact the employee experience and the operational excellence of our People function.
- • You will be instrumental in supporting the PSSC team in delivering a comprehensive range of HR services, including but not limited to, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR data management, benefits administration, payroll support, and employee relations.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass providing first-line support to employees and managers regarding HR-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, and maintaining the integrity of our HR information systems.
- • You will collaborate closely with various HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners, and Payroll, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to people operations.
- • A key aspect of this role involves troubleshooting and resolving operational issues, identifying areas for process improvement, and contributing to the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and technologies.
- • You will be responsible for generating HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and to track key HR metrics, ensuring that data is accurate, relevant, and delivered in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in an HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar administrative role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
- • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software; experience with [mention specific HRIS if known, otherwise keep general] is a plus.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
