- • The Enrollment Specialist role at Modivcare Inc. is vital to customer acquisition and retention, ensuring prospective members receive accurate information about qualifying services and tailored solutions that meet their individual needs, directly impacting access to essential healthcare services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting professionally with external and internal customers, processing new member referrals, entering member data into company databases, escalating complaints or concerns to senior team members, answering member inquiries using both scripted and adaptive responses, and maintaining strict security and confidentiality of sensitive member information.
- • Modivcare is a mission-driven organization focused on improving healthcare access and outcomes through innovative, member-centered solutions, operating with a commitment to service excellence, equity, and support for vulnerable populations across the United States.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, data management, and problem-solving skills while gaining experience in healthcare enrollment processes, customer service best practices, and compliance with data privacy standards—building a foundation for growth in healthcare administration or member services.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED required
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
- • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
- • Self-motivation and ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
