- • As an Enterprise Account Director for the Americas at Magnet Forensics, you will be at the forefront of driving significant revenue growth within the dynamic private sector. This pivotal role demands a strategic, results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets in complex enterprise sales environments. You will be instrumental in expanding Magnet Forensics' footprint by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as deepening relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the unique needs of the private sector, focusing on key industries such as finance, technology, legal, and critical infrastructure. This involves understanding the intricate challenges these organizations face in digital forensics, incident response, and cybersecurity, and positioning Magnet Forensics' cutting-edge solutions as indispensable tools for their success.
- • You will be expected to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging market intelligence. This includes engaging with C-level executives, IT security leaders, legal counsel, and other key decision-makers to articulate the value proposition of Magnet Forensics' comprehensive suite of products and services.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves conducting in-depth discovery sessions to fully understand customer pain points, operational requirements, and strategic objectives. Based on these insights, you will craft and deliver compelling, customized presentations and demonstrations that highlight how Magnet Forensics can solve their most pressing digital investigation and security challenges.
- • You will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective and existing clients. This requires exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes.
- • Beyond new business acquisition, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships with your assigned accounts. This involves regular communication, understanding evolving customer needs, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success, to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and to provide valuable market feedback that informs product development and strategy.
- • You will be responsible for accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and pipeline status to management, utilizing CRM tools effectively to track progress and identify trends.
- • Staying abreast of the latest developments in digital forensics, cybersecurity threats, and the competitive landscape is essential. You will leverage this knowledge to position Magnet Forensics as the undisputed leader in the market.
- • This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on global security and justice by providing essential tools to organizations fighting crime, protecting assets, and safeguarding national security. You will be part of a mission-driven company with a strong commitment to innovation and customer success.
- • You will be empowered to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your territory and sales activities effectively to achieve and surpass ambitious revenue targets. Your success will be directly tied to the growth and expansion of Magnet Forensics' presence in the critical private sector market across the Americas.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a consultative sales approach, focusing on building trust and delivering value rather than simply pushing products. You will be adept at understanding complex technical solutions and translating them into clear business benefits for a diverse range of stakeholders.
- • You will actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness, generate leads, and stay connected with the professional community.
- • Ultimately, you will be a key contributor to Magnet Forensics' continued success and expansion, driving revenue and solidifying our position as the premier provider of digital forensic solutions for enterprise clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, specifically within the private sector, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
- • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas in a complex, solution-selling environment.
- • Strong understanding of the digital forensics, cybersecurity, or incident response market, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and value propositions effectively.
- • Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals with large enterprise clients.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure, rewarding high performance.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- • Generous paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.
- • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
- • Be part of a mission-driven company making a significant impact on global security.
