- • As an Enterprise Account Director for the Benelux region, you will be a pivotal new business developer, instrumental in driving Testlio's next phase of significant growth. This is a high-impact, fully remote role designed for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and possess a proven track record of selling complex software services or technical products to senior technology leaders.
- • Your primary mission will be to identify, pursue, and close new enterprise logo opportunities within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will operate with a founder's mindset, managing your book of business with autonomy, building your pipeline from scratch, and implementing innovative strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from proactive prospecting and lead qualification to executive-level pitching, complex negotiation, and final deal closure. This involves a blend of strategic outbound selling, leveraging inbound leads generated by marketing and partners, and consistently exceeding quota.
- • A key aspect of this role is acting as the "CEO of your region." This means taking full ownership of your territory, developing and executing strategies to grow revenue, cultivate deep client relationships, and ensure long-term customer success and retention.
- • You will engage directly with C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors of Engineering, Product, and IT within well-known brands across various industries. These interactions will involve strategic, high-value conversations that require a deep understanding of client challenges and the ability to articulate Testlio's unique value proposition.
- • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with digital product and technology executives across diverse industries. You will not be passive; you will actively seek out and create opportunities rather than waiting for them to arise.
- • Effectively manage inbound leads originating from marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. This includes rapid qualification, pipeline advancement, and closing deals, while simultaneously executing targeted cold-calling campaigns on high-value prospective accounts.
- • Build and meticulously manage a robust sales pipeline, driven by persistence, thorough market research, and intelligent outreach strategies. Your ability to consistently generate and nurture leads will be critical to your success.
- • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers, to ensure seamless customer handoffs post-sale. However, your core focus will remain on acquiring new logos and expanding Testlio's market presence.
- • Partner strategically with Testlio's VP of Strategic Development to refine target account lists, identify key decision-makers within priority prospects, and develop creative, impactful strategies for market penetration.
