• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact product features for an award-winning AI marketing SaaS platform that is redefining partner-driven growth at scale. You will architect, build, and continuously optimize distributed systems that process millions of events per day and directly influence revenue for thousands of global brands.
• • Spend roughly 70 % of your time on backend engineering—designing microservices, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures that guarantee 99.9 % uptime—while the remaining 30 % is devoted to crafting pixel-perfect, performant React-based interfaces that delight marketers and partners alike.
• • Translate ambitious product roadmaps into technical blueprints. You will collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and the Head of Partner Growth to break epics into shippable slices, estimate effort, and deliver incremental value every two weeks.
• • Champion an API-first mindset. Every feature you ship will expose clean, versioned REST and GraphQL endpoints that internal and external developers can trust, while maintaining backward compatibility and rigorous documentation.
• • Embed AI into the engineering process itself. From leveraging LLMs to generate test cases and documentation to deploying ML-based anomaly detection in production, you will push the boundaries of what “AI-native” development looks like.
• • Instrument everything. You will define SLIs/SLOs, set up distributed tracing, and build real-time dashboards that surface actionable insights to engineering and business stakeholders within minutes, not hours.
• • Harden security and compliance. You will implement least-privilege IAM, end-to-end encryption, and SOC-2-ready audit trails so that enterprise customers can adopt the platform with confidence.
• • Optimize for performance at scale. Whether it’s shaving milliseconds off a GraphQL resolver or re-architecting a Kafka consumer group to handle 10× traffic spikes, you will treat latency budgets as non-negotiable.
• • Lead by example in code quality. Expect to write comprehensive unit, integration, and contract tests that run in parallel via GitHub Actions, achieving >80 % coverage without slowing delivery.
• • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through pair programming, architecture reviews, and lunch-and-learn sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and psychological safety.
