📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Account Director for Corporate Legal at DeepJudge, you will drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition by targeting Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in high-value legal technology markets.
- • You will partner closely with the VP of Sales to execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with DeepJudge’s mission to transform how corporate legal departments discover, access, and leverage institutional knowledge through AI-powered enterprise search.
- • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, leveraging market research and networking to qualify leads and build a robust, predictable sales pipeline focused on corporate legal stakeholders.
- • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers including General Counsel, CIOs, and Procurement leaders, uncovering expansion opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- • Plan, coordinate, and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value, addressing pain points around knowledge silos, workflow inefficiencies, and compliance risks.
- • Represent DeepJudge at industry seminars, trade shows, and legal tech events to generate leads, build brand awareness, and engage with both prospects and existing clients in person.
- • Travel as needed to client sites across the U.S. to strengthen relationships, conduct workshops, and support deal advancement, contributing to market share growth in the Corporate Legal segment.
- • Develop and advocate for new use cases of DeepJudge’s platform within corporate environments, collaborating with clients to tailor solutions that drive adoption and demonstrate measurable ROI.
- • Operate effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating self-direction, discipline, and proactive communication while contributing to a culture of innovation and client obsession.
- • Continuously learn and grow through exposure to cutting-edge AI technology, high-stakes enterprise sales cycles, and close collaboration with technical and customer success teams to refine value propositions and sales strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10+ years of proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a demonstrated focus on selling to Corporate Legal departments or similar complex enterprise environments.
- • US-based candidate, preferably located on the East Coast, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work setting and manage time zones effectively.
- • Expertise in navigating and influencing complex corporate decision-making structures, including General Counsel, CIOs, IT, Procurement, and Legal Operations stakeholders.
- • Strong ability to articulate technical AI and enterprise search capabilities in terms of business outcomes, ROI, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency for non-technical executives.
- • A consultative, value-based selling approach grounded in honesty, integrity, and deep customer empathy, prioritizing long-term partnerships over transactional wins.
- • Prior experience with Enterprise Search, Knowledge Management, or Agentic AI solutions is considered a strong asset but not required.
