📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Account Director at DeepJudge, you will drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition by focusing on high-value accounts within the US Mid-Size Law Firm segment, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence and establishing DeepJudge as the go-to AI-powered knowledge platform for legal professionals.
- • You will work closely with the VP of Sales to execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with DeepJudge’s mission to transform how law firms leverage their institutional knowledge through advanced enterprise search and agentic AI, directly contributing to the company’s rapid growth and innovation in legal tech.
- • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, leveraging market research and industry insights to qualify leads and build a robust, predictable sales pipeline tailored to the unique needs of mid-size law firms.
- • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders — including managing partners, IT leaders, and knowledge management teams — by understanding their business challenges and positioning DeepJudge’s solutions as strategic enablers of efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- • Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-impact sales presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of DeepJudge’s platform, addressing technical, operational, and ROI concerns to move prospects through the sales cycle and close complex enterprise deals.
- • Represent DeepJudge at industry seminars, legal tech conferences, and trade shows to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and engage with both existing and prospective clients in person, reinforcing the company’s thought leadership in AI-driven legal knowledge management.
- • Travel regularly to client sites across the United States to conduct workshops, gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and promote adoption, ensuring deep engagement and market penetration in target regions.
- • Continuously learn about evolving trends in legal technology, AI, and enterprise search, and actively contribute to refining DeepJudge’s go-to-market strategy by sharing customer insights and advocating for product enhancements that differentiate the offering in a competitive landscape.

- • Develop expertise in selling deep-tech AI solutions to regulated industries, gaining rare experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, legal workflows, and enterprise software — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the fast-growing legal AI market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates who have sold to legal, financial, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment, including self-directed pipeline generation, prioritization, and execution without reliance on established regional sales frameworks
- • Strong consultative selling skills, with a track record of building trust-based relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders in professional services organizations
- • Based in the United States (East Coast preferred) and legally authorized to work in the U.S., with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration
- • Experience with enterprise search, AI-powered knowledge platforms, or agentic AI technologies is considered a strong asset, though not mandatory
