  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a robust portfolio of clients. This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain solutions and fulfillment services. You will be an integral part of a high-achieving sales team, dedicated to elevating Flexport's brand presence and resolving intricate customer challenges with our technologically advanced supply chain and fulfillment solutions.
  • • Your typical day will be dynamic and engaging, potentially involving leading discovery calls with prospective clients to deeply understand their unique supply chain processes, meticulously managing the complexities inherent in global supply chain operations, collaborating with the Flexport Operations Team to review a client's strategic growth initiatives, traveling with prospective clients to tour Flexport warehouses, or participating in peer learning sessions to share best practices with the wider sales organization.
  • • Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth by closing net-new enterprise accounts and strategically expanding business with existing clients through cross-selling and upselling opportunities. You will be instrumental in achieving Flexport's overall revenue objectives.
  • • You will proactively identify and engage with ideal enterprise clients, leveraging a combination of independent prospecting efforts and close collaboration with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to build a strong pipeline.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to conduct in-depth consultations with new clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their specific supply chain requirements and pain points.
  • • You will be responsible for crafting and presenting compelling, value-driven solutions that showcase Flexport's extensive capabilities through both virtual and in-person client engagements.
  • • You will lead crucial Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with existing enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance and support to help them effectively plan for their upcoming business needs and optimize their supply chain operations.
  • • You will expertly navigate, bundle, and sell Flexport's comprehensive suite of products and services, covering the entire supply chain and shipment lifecycle.
  • • A significant part of your role involves close collaboration with all internal Flexport teams, including Operations, Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Customs, to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience that exceeds expectations.
  • • You will spearhead the customer onboarding process, effectively leveraging internal resources and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new clients.
  • • This role demands a proactive, client-centric approach, focusing on building long-term, trusted partnerships that drive mutual success and contribute to Flexport's continued growth and market leadership in the global logistics and supply chain industry.
