- • As an Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) at Okta, The World’s Identity Company, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within assigned territories in Colorado and Nevada. Your primary mission will be to secure new logos and foster profitability by cultivating robust business relationships with both prospective and existing enterprise clients. This role demands a strategic and results-oriented sales professional who is passionate about technology and dedicated to ensuring customer success through articulating the immense value and return on investment of Okta's cutting-edge identity solutions.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and territory planning to developing and executing sophisticated sales strategies and tactics. This includes pre-request for proposal (RFP) engagement, building strong relationships across multiple decision-makers within target organizations, managing pricing negotiations, delivering compelling presentations, and ultimately closing complex enterprise software contracts.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve identifying and qualifying net new leads that align with Okta's ideal client profiles. You will initiate contact, manage sales meetings, and follow up diligently to move prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring that Okta's products and services effectively meet potential clients' evolving needs.
- • You will be expected to consistently achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets, contributing to Okta's impressive year-over-year growth trajectory. This requires a deep dedication to achieving sales objectives and meeting deadlines with precision and efficiency.
- • Your approach will involve landing new customers, driving adoption of Okta's platform, expanding existing relationships, and deepening engagement within your assigned Enterprise accounts. - • A significant part of your success will hinge on your ability to effectively leverage Okta's channel partners and alliances. You will work collaboratively to identify and open new, uncharted opportunities, maximizing the reach and impact of our sales efforts.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with a global team of Okta colleagues, including sales engineers, business value management experts, customer success managers, and channel partners. Building strong, humble, and enthusiastic working partnerships will be essential for the efficient deployment of resources and for providing timely, insightful feedback to other corporate functions.
