  • • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first touch to signed renewal. You will prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close seven-figure SaaS deals with Fortune 1000 companies, navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees that include C-suite executives, IT architects, and line-of-business leaders.
  • • Build and execute a data-driven territory plan that delivers 3-4x pipeline coverage and predictable revenue. You will leverage intent data, outbound sequences, executive events, and partner channels to create a continuous flow of qualified opportunities while maintaining a 25%+ win rate.
  • • Translate complex AI and integration capabilities into crisp business value. You will run discovery workshops that uncover high-impact use cases—such as AI agents that unify customer 360 data or automate quote-to-cash—and craft ROI models that prove 5-10x returns within the first year.
  • • Drive expansion within existing accounts to grow ARR 30-50% year-over-year. You will map organizational power structures, identify new business units ripe for automation, and orchestrate executive business reviews that secure multi-year commitments and strategic upsells.
  • • Partner seamlessly with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver flawless proof-of-concepts. You will co-design scalable architectures, ensure security and governance requirements are met, and transition customers to a prescriptive adoption path that accelerates time-to-value.
  • • Maintain laser-accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce. You will document every interaction, stage progression, and competitive threat so leadership can make informed decisions and you can receive real-time coaching that sharpens your deal strategy.
  • • Champion market feedback to shape roadmap priorities. You will synthesize win-loss insights, pricing sensitivity, and emerging AI use cases into actionable briefs that help Product prioritize connectors, governance features, and agent templates that shorten sales cycles.
  • • Mentor rising Account Executives and SDRs by sharing battle cards, objection-handling techniques, and negotiation frameworks. You will foster a culture of continuous learning that elevates the entire sales organization and scales our repeatable success model.
  • • Represent Tray.ai at industry conferences, webinars, and customer advisory boards. You will position the company as the definitive leader in enterprise AI automation, generating thought-leadership content that builds pipeline and elevates brand credibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment above $1M ARR
  • • Demonstrated ability to sell complex technical platforms to C-suite and IT decision-makers
  • • Proven track record of managing and expanding multi-year enterprise accounts
  • • Strong command of MEDDPICC or similar value-selling methodology
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
