- • Drive significant revenue growth within a defined portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia as an Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) at Commvault Systems, Inc., the gold standard in cyber resilience.
- • Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets by developing and executing sophisticated sales strategies for both existing customers and high-value new logo acquisition.
- • Develop and meticulously manage strategic account plans for each assigned enterprise account, outlining clear financial objectives, key milestones, and actionable growth initiatives to foster long-term, multi-quarter expansion and customer loyalty.
- • Lead and orchestrate impactful sales campaigns targeting key accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to engage with customer leadership at the executive level and build strong, enduring relationships.
- • Cultivate and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders across all assigned enterprise accounts, understanding their business challenges and strategic priorities.
- • Effectively manage and coordinate a complex matrix of internal resources and external partners, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services teams, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and channel partners, to ensure seamless deal execution and exceptional customer experience.
- • Articulate compelling business cases and value propositions at the CXO level, clearly demonstrating the financial (ROI/TCO), technical, and strategic benefits of Commvault's comprehensive cyber resilience platform.
- • Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with key players within the Saudi Arabian market, leveraging established relationships to enhance account penetration and drive mutual success.
- • Negotiate and expertly close complex, multi-year deals, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and financial objectives, while always prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term value.
- • Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of the Saudi Arabian market landscape, including emerging industry trends, competitive intelligence, and the evolving needs of enterprise customers.
- • Continuously deepen knowledge of Commvault's cutting-edge solutions, particularly in data protection, cybersecurity, and data intelligence, to effectively position our offerings against competitive alternatives.
- • Plan, prepare for, and actively participate in executive briefings, customer workshops, and strategic account review meetings, ensuring Commvault is consistently perceived as a strategic partner.
- • Leverage your understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, data management, and cybersecurity to effectively address customer pain points and position Commvault as the leading solution for cyber resilience.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts, expanding the footprint of Commvault's solutions and increasing customer lifetime value.
- • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to generate pipeline and increase brand awareness within key accounts.
- • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and compliance mandates within Saudi Arabia that impact data protection and cybersecurity, positioning Commvault's solutions to meet these critical needs.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and guidance on best practices for data management, disaster recovery, and cyber threat mitigation.
- • Contribute to the overall sales strategy and market development efforts for Commvault in the Saudi Arabian region, sharing market intelligence and best practices with the wider sales organization.
- • Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of sales opportunities and pipeline management within Commvault's CRM system, providing visibility to sales leadership.
- • Embrace a field-based sales role, requiring regular travel to customer sites and partner locations within Saudi Arabia to build relationships and drive business outcomes.
- • Champion Commvault's commitment to cyber resilience, helping organizations protect their most valuable asset – their data – and ensure business continuity in the face of evolving cyber threats.
- • Understand and articulate the unique value proposition of Commvault's AI-powered platform, highlighting its ability to uncover, act on, and rapidly recover from cyberattacks across any workload or cloud at the lowest TCO.
- • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by leveraging a combination of direct outreach, partner engagement, and strategic prospecting techniques.
- • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through to negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
- • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in Saudi Arabia, identifying Commvault's key differentiators and developing strategies to win against competitors.
- • Foster a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, working with internal teams to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional results for our enterprise clients.
