- • Kernel Medical Devices, Inc. is at the forefront of revolutionizing enterprise AI by ensuring the accuracy of underlying data, a critical component often compromised by the inefficiencies of traditional CRMs. We are seeking a pioneering Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team in London. This is a unique opportunity to be one of our first Enterprise Account Executives, playing a pivotal role in our expansion into global enterprise accounts where data accuracy, complex hierarchies, and territory planning are paramount. Our mission is to provide an AI-native alternative to traditional data providers like Dun & Bradstreet, empowering RevOps teams at leading companies such as Gong, Navan, Mistral, AlphaSense, and Zip with the confidence that their CRM data is clean, accurate, and reliable.
- • In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth by selling our innovative solutions to global enterprises. These are complex organizations characterized by distributed teams, multiple decision-making centers, intricate governance structures, and a high degree of data sensitivity. The value proposition of accurate hierarchies and pristine CRM data translates into millions of dollars in improved forecasting, optimized territory allocation, and more effective AI deployments. Our early success with enterprise clients and the exceeding of quotas by our initial Account Executives validate our go-to-market strategy and highlight the immense potential for further growth.
- • You will be responsible for managing and closing high six-figure and seven-figure opportunities, navigating sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. The target is to achieve millions in additional Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) this year, and your contribution will be central to meeting this ambitious goal. This role demands a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with the ability to build strong executive-level relationships across various departments, including VP and C-suite stakeholders. While a significant portion of opportunities will be generated by our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, you will also be expected to proactively source additional pipeline, demonstrating your commitment to exceeding targets.
- • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with the wider go-to-market team to refine our strategy as we expand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and explore new verticals. As we are still building our sales processes, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to their development, shaping the future of our sales organization. You will become an expert in articulating the value and functionality of our product, translating complex technical concepts into clear business benefits for prospective clients. Furthermore, you will serve as a crucial link between our customers and our internal teams, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and customer success to relay insights and contribute to our product feedback loop, ensuring our offerings continuously evolve to meet market needs.
- • This is an exciting but demanding role. Kernel is experiencing hyper-growth, which means long hours are to be expected. Many of our key clients are based on the West Coast of the United States, necessitating flexibility for late-evening meetings. We require a minimum of four days per week in our London office, though most team members opt for five days. Travel will also be an integral part of this role, as you engage with clients and attend industry events.
- • We are looking for individuals who embody an entrepreneurial mindset – creative, resourceful, and driven to find solutions. You must possess strong executive presence, feeling comfortable engaging with VPs, CROs, CIOs, and senior RevOps leaders. An 'all-in' attitude is essential; we value hard work, a willingness to stretch beyond your comfort zone, and a commitment to doing whatever it takes to succeed. Clear thinking and excellent writing skills are crucial for articulating ideas, goals, and plans, and for helping our customers navigate complex, consulting-like challenges with clarity and confidence. Your ability to execute a consultative, solutions-oriented, value-based selling methodology, such as MEDDPICC, will be critical to your success in managing complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding targets.
