  • As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute complete sales cycles with meticulous attention to detail, from the very first point of contact to the execution of a signed contract.
  • You will be tasked with developing sophisticated account strategies designed to identify untapped market potential, meticulously map out key stakeholders within target organizations, and strategically unlock opportunities for business expansion.

  • You will foster close collaboration with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients, from initial onboarding through to ongoing retention and success.
  • A key deliverable will be the creation of compelling, ROI-driven business cases that clearly illustrate how Lovable's advanced capabilities directly translate into tangible, positive business outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintaining a high degree of accuracy in pipeline management and demonstrating forecasting discipline across all active sales opportunities will be critical to your success.
  • You will leverage the invaluable insights gleaned from customer interactions to actively influence and shape the future product roadmap and the overall go-to-market strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully closing mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle selling, encompassing prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and product concepts into clear, compelling business value propositions.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals involving various departments such as product, engineering, and executive leadership.
  • A builder mindset, demonstrating enthusiasm for shaping go-to-market strategies and sales systems within a rapidly scaling organization.
  • High degree of curiosity and a strong drive to deeply master Lovable’s product, leading sales conversations with insightful understanding.
  • Comfort and proficiency in ambiguous, high-growth environments where both speed and precision are critical.
  • Bonus: Prior experience selling AI products or developer tools, or experience working within product-led growth (PLG) sales motions.
