📋 Description

  • • Lead commercial growth across Italy as an Enterprise Account Executive, driving full-funnel sales activity from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding for enterprise clients in the legal and professional services sector.
  • • Own and expand a portfolio of named enterprise accounts in Italy, consistently delivering against sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth and performance excellence.
  • • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Italian legal and professional services market, leveraging deep understanding of client pain points, organizational structures, and buying processes.
  • • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations that clearly articulate Harvey’s AI-powered platform value proposition to non-technical legal and executive stakeholders.
  • • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers including legal operations, innovation teams, and C-suite executives across Italian firms.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, engineering, and go-to-market teams to translate client feedback into product insights and influence roadmap priorities.
  • • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of enterprise B2B SaaS environments, ensuring alignment between client needs and Harvey’s technical capabilities.
  • • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with the strategic outcomes of legal and professional services organizations in Italy.
  • • Stay informed about trends in legaltech and AI adoption within the Italian market to position Harvey as a thought leader and trusted partner.
  • • Operate with decisiveness, simplicity, and relentless ownership, adhering to Harvey’s core values of ‘Job’s Not Finished’ and delivering excellence under pressure.
  • • Work remotely from Italy while representing Harvey as a founding member of the local sales team, contributing to the expansion of the company’s presence in the region.
  • • Engage in regional market analysis to uncover new vertical opportunities and refine targeting strategies for enterprise clients in Italy.
  • • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline with precision to support revenue planning and executive reporting.
  • • Participate in cross-regional initiatives to share best practices and scale successful sales methodologies across Harvey’s global markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • • Track record of success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • • Familiarity with enterprise sales practices in Italy
  • • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences
  • • Interest in the legal industry and a commitment to enhancing knowledge work through technology
  • • Must have valid Italian work rights; Harvey does not offer visa sponsorship for this role
