  • • Your Mission & Impact: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll lead complex sales cycles with enterprise clients ranging from late-stage startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Your mission is to become a trusted advisor who understands evolving workforce needs and delivers the right individual talent or blended teams to solve critical business challenges. While A.Team increasingly supports AI-driven initiatives, this role is fundamentally about helping enterprises augment their teams with exceptional people, fast.
  • • What You’ll Do:
  • • Lead Complex Enterprise Sales: Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients, owning deals that involve multiple buyers across product, engineering, data, HR, and procurement. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring alignment across all involved parties.
  • • Drive Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Own your outbound strategy (often supported by BDRs), with a strong expectation of building and maintaining a self-sourced pipeline across named enterprise accounts. This involves identifying target companies, understanding their strategic objectives, and proactively engaging key decision-makers.
  • • Conduct Executive-Level Discovery: Run deep discovery sessions to understand hiring gaps, delivery constraints, and team structure challenges, then design talent and team-augmentation solutions that fit the client’s operating model. This requires a consultative approach, asking insightful questions and actively listening to uncover underlying needs.
  • • Sell Individual Contributors & Teams: Position and close solutions involving individual freelancers, embedded experts, and small cross-functional teams, aligned to specific initiatives and time-bound outcomes. You will articulate the value proposition of A.Team’s network and delivery capabilities, tailoring solutions to meet specific project requirements.
  • • Align Key Stakeholders: Build consensus across technical leaders, business owners, and procurement partners to move deals forward efficiently and credibly. This involves understanding the motivations and concerns of each stakeholder group and developing strategies to address them.
  • • Develop Strategic Account Plans: Create detailed account plans that identify expansion opportunities across roles, teams, and departments, turning initial wins into long-term partnerships. This proactive approach ensures sustained engagement and revenue growth within key accounts.
  • • Navigate Legal & Procurement Processes: Guide deals through enterprise legal, security, and procurement workflows while maintaining momentum and executive sponsorship. You will act as a liaison between the client’s internal teams and A.Team’s operations to ensure a smooth and compliant process.
  • • Deliver Accurate Forecasting: Provide disciplined forecasting and deal inspection, contributing insights that help refine enterprise Go-To-Market strategy. This requires meticulous tracking of deal progress and an ability to provide realistic projections.
  • • About You:
  • • You possess 6+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, ideally in talent marketplaces, professional services, team augmentation, or technical SaaS. Your track record demonstrates a consistent ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • • You have proven success closing $100k+ ACV deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. This indicates your ability to manage complex negotiations and deliver significant value to clients.
  • • You exhibit strong outbound and account-based selling capabilities. You are adept at identifying and engaging target accounts, developing strategic outreach plans, and building relationships from scratch.
  • • You have experience selling to VP- and C-level leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Product, CIO, CHRO, etc.). You are comfortable communicating at the executive level and understanding their strategic priorities.
  • • You are comfortable scoping roles, teams, and delivery models in collaboration with technical and talent experts. You can translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • • You demonstrate high emotional intelligence, strong written communication, and excellent negotiation skills. These soft skills are crucial for building rapport and trust with clients.
  • • You are familiar with enterprise CRMs, sales engagement tools, and qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC. This technical proficiency ensures efficient sales operations.
