  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Asana, you will drive revenue growth by expanding the company’s footprint within large enterprise accounts across Switzerland, serving as the main point of contact for strategic customers and helping them unlock maximum value from Asana’s work management platform.
  • • Day to day, you will proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, hunt and close new and existing business opportunities, develop customer champions to expand usage across teams and departments, engage executive and IT stakeholders to deploy Asana organization-wide, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to coordinate customer interactions and execute quarterly revenue strategies.
  • • You will join a talented, mission-driven sales team at Asana, a global leader in human + AI collaboration, recognized for workplace excellence and innovation, operating with an office-centric hybrid model in Munich (in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) and focused on building technology that drives positive change while fostering a culture of belonging.
  • • In this role, you will achieve mastery in enterprise SaaS sales, refine your ability to execute complex sales cycles, leverage AI-driven tools and modern CRM platforms, and innovate scalable processes that can be replicated globally—all while advancing your career in a company committed to pay equity, continuous learning, and employee well-being.
