  • • You will be expected to gather and convey critical intelligence regarding customer technology footprints, strategic growth plans, evolving technology strategies, and the competitive landscape. This intelligence is vital for shaping effective sales strategies and providing valuable insights to both the client and internal Cloudera teams.
  • • A key aspect of this role is to act as the primary point of contact, introducing domain product and service experts and specialists to clients while maintaining overall oversight and strategic direction of the account.
  • • You will own the entire account relationship, driving overall customer success and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for assigned accounts. This includes proactive engagement, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.
  • • Building consensus and cultivating strong relationships at multiple levels within client organizations is paramount. This includes engaging with executive sponsors, key influencers, and critical decision-makers to ensure buy-in and alignment.
  • • You will lead large-scale transactions from inception to close, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills to secure significant business opportunities.
  • • Proactive pipeline development and accurate forecasting of business are essential. You will lead internal teams, communicate key updates effectively, and share competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed quarterly and annual goals for new and expansion software subscriptions, renewals, professional services, and training business.
