Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Join Collectly Inc., a rapidly expanding healthcare technology startup at the vanguard of revolutionizing the U.S. healthcare market through advanced AI-driven innovation. We are at the forefront of the AI boom, dedicated to transforming revenue cycle management (RCM) by leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence to automate complex workflows, streamline intricate billing processes, and cultivate seamless financial experiences for both healthcare providers and patients.
- • In the U.S. healthcare landscape, millions of patients engage with healthcare providers daily, often encountering a system fraught with inefficiencies, significant administrative burdens, and less-than-optimal financial interactions. Collectly's mission is to address these critical challenges head-on. Our sophisticated solutions are meticulously designed to tackle some of the most pressing issues in healthcare, including accelerating cash flow, substantially reducing administrative overhead for providers, and significantly elevating the patient experience during crucial non-clinical touchpoints.
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Collectly, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by taking complete ownership of the sales cycle. This encompasses everything from proactively sourcing new opportunities and conducting thorough discovery calls to expertly closing substantial six-figure deals with strategic healthcare providers. This role presents a unique and exciting opportunity to join a high-growth company at an early stage, actively shape our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and make a direct, tangible impact on our trajectory.
- • We are seeking high-performing individuals who embody the spirit of ownership, thinking like founders rather than mere salespeople. Our most successful Account Executives are characterized by their exceptional curiosity, consistently asking 'why' and delving deeply to understand the root causes of customer pain points. They possess a strategic and gritty approach, demonstrating thoughtfulness in their planning and relentless execution in their pursuit of success.
- • The ideal candidate balances coachability with confidence, exhibiting a capacity for rapid learning, maintaining high personal standards, and approaching challenges with humility and a lack of ego. Furthermore, they are mission-aligned, drawing energy and motivation from contributing to a cause that is larger than themselves – improving healthcare for millions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities within the healthcare provider segment. This involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique operational and financial challenges, and articulating the value proposition of Collectly's AI-powered RCM solutions.
- • You will be expected to develop and execute a strategic territory plan, leveraging a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and effective networking within the healthcare industry.
- • Conducting compelling product demonstrations and delivering persuasive presentations tailored to the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients will be a core part of your role.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure a seamless lead qualification and handover process, and work with our Solutions Engineering team to address technical inquiries and demonstrate the full capabilities of our platform.
- • Negotiating complex contracts and closing deals with a focus on long-term partnerships and customer success will be a key performance indicator.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts within our CRM system is essential for effective reporting and strategic planning.
- • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the healthcare RCM space will be crucial for maintaining a competitive edge.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, common challenges faced by providers, and the potential of AI to drive efficiency and financial improvement.
- • You will be a key player in refining our sales processes, providing valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams based on market interactions and customer insights.
- • The ability to manage a complex sales cycle, from initial contact through to successful implementation, is paramount.
- • This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be located within the San Francisco Bay Area to facilitate in-person collaboration and client engagement.
- • By joining Collectly, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team committed to making a significant positive impact on the healthcare industry, improving financial outcomes for providers, and enhancing the patient experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions, particularly within the healthcare technology (HealthTech) or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space, with a demonstrated ability to close six-figure deals.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare provider market, including knowledge of hospital systems, physician groups, and their unique operational and financial challenges.
- • Exceptional skills in prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing, with a history of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- • Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business processes, particularly within the healthcare RCM domain, and the ability to articulate this value proposition clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
- • Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and results-oriented with a founder's mentality, coupled with a high degree of coachability and a willingness to learn and adapt.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performance.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your well-being.
- • Stock options in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup, offering the potential for significant financial upside.
- • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays, to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a rapidly scaling organization.
- • Hybrid work model with a requirement to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
